I had an issue with an Evri delivery man who stole my parcel just before Christmas stating that this was delivered!
I raised a complaint with Cernucci, and got my order delivered the next day just in time for Christmas!

I really do appreciate this even though Evri was at fault.

I ordered the chain and bracelet they came together within 2 days for a good price and honestly better quality then I expected. Heavy and good feel. The delivery guy did leave the package outside my door while I was out so ill say that was a problem but other then that good job

The quality of the products are amazing but beyond that, the customer service is unparalleled. I have to make a special mention to a lady called Beth who has helped me out with a problem and had been an absolute diamond

Got my order expedited which should take. (3-5 business days) on febuary 2, still waiting on my package and it’s febuary 9th and the package hasn’t made it to the US delivery partners yet. But I’ve received 2 emails to write a review on a package I haven’t received yet, so here I am. I rated a 2 because I did get refunded the expedited fee. And got details on what’s the delay.

My parcel was misplaced by the delivery driver and unfortunately lost.
I emailed Cernucci and the amazing Meghan came back and sorted my issue with 24 hours of initial response.
Not only am I grateful for Meghan and the amazing customer service but you have a customer for life.

The chain is lovely exactly what I expected.
I’m disappointed that I bought a gift box for the chain for £5 and when it came I didn’t actually need it as the chain came in a lovely gift box anyway. I didn’t see anywhere that it said it came in a box otherwise i woulst have wasted my money.
And the box that I bought would have been too small anyway for the chain.

My experience on the website was great, I can’t say anything about the items because I haven’t receive them yet.
